Once orders are received, there is no turning back. What this means is, refunds or changes to the orders will not be possible. 

Understandably, there will be instances of unforeseen change of plans which are beyond control. In that case, we would grant customers a refund in the form of April Inch store credit as evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
